Who runs this
home.blackdogranch.com and the projects it links to are run by Black Dog Ranch Software. This page says what the sign-in keeps about you and why. It is public so that anyone can read it before signing in.
Signing in with Google
The only way in is Google sign-in. From Google we receive your account identifier, your email address and your display name, nothing else: no contacts, no calendar, no files. Those three values are placed in a signed cookie, scoped to blackdogranch.com, that keeps you signed in across the projects for 30 days or until you sign out.
What this site stores
This site itself stores nothing beyond that cookie in your browser. Each project keeps what it needs to work (your games, your rooms, your invitation), and each has its own privacy page that says exactly what. Signing in here does not copy anything between projects.
Requesting an invitation
The request form asks for your name, email and a reason. It is stored until Axel answers, and he gets an email. Approve and your email joins the invitation list; decline and the request is deleted. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; Turnstile runs a script from challenges.cloudflare.com on that one page and sees the usual request details, the same host that already serves the site.
What the sites do not do
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts. Apart from Turnstile on the request form, the pages load nothing from anybody else’s servers. Your email is never sold, shared or used to contact you about anything other than these projects.
Where it lives
The sites run on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare sees the usual web server traffic (your IP address, request paths) as any host does.
Deleting your data
Sign out and the cookie is gone. To remove everything a project holds under your email, use the delete controls inside it or write to the address below; it is done by hand and confirmed by reply.
